Zoom Room Quick Tips

Start a New Meeting

1. Select the “New Meeting” button on the Zoom home screen.
2. Plug in your laptop or mobile device.

Join a Scheduled Meeting

1. Select the "Start" button next to the scheduled meeting on your Zoom dashboard.

Switch Screen Display (Use In-Room Camera)

1. Start or Join a meeting.
2. Select "Switch Camera" in the meeting toolbar.
3. Select "Logi Rally Camera" to switch to the in-room camera.

Share Your Laptop/Mobile Device Screen

1. Select "Share Content" in the meeting toolbar.
2. Choose "Camera."
3. Select "USB Capture HDMI" to share your Laptop/ Mobile Device screen.

How to Invite Others to a Meeting

1. Select the "Invite" button during a meeting.
2. Select "Email" from the invite options.
3. Enter the recipient’s email address and send the invitation.
